Physical Products (Handmade & Printed)

You have the right to cancel your order of physical products, including printed items and handmade goods (such as baskets, textiles, yarns, fibre crafts and other handcrafted items), within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for returning the item(s) and paying the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

Once the returned item(s) have been received in their original condition, or proof of return postage has been provided, we will refund the purchase price together with the original standard delivery charge. Return postage costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

A deduction may be made from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

We cannot accept returns after the statutory cancellation period unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Bespoke & Personalised Items

Items made specifically to your requirements or personalised at your request cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Digital Products:

Digital products include downloadable guides, PDFs, online courses and other educational resources delivered through Rowanricht.

By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own private learning.

Where immediate access to digital content is provided, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, once access has been granted, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except where the content is faulty or not as described.

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact hello@rowanricht.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

Workshops, Retreats, & Events:

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event.

No refunds will be given after this time, as venues, materials and resources will have been prepared.

You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written notice.

Rowanricht reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel workshops, retreats or events due to illness, severe weather, insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In this event, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the booking fee. Rowanricht cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other associated costs.
